On this safari private tour, you will be able to visit Nyerere national parks formally known as Selous game reserve, enjoy Boat Trip, Game drive and Walking safari on this wonderful safari. You will also visit Ruaha national park. Accommodation will be on Luxury accommodation.

Day 1. Welcome to Tanzania.
Upon arrival at the airport you will be met by our driver guide and take to your accommodation. You will have a one night stay at the hotel waiting for your safari on the following day. Evening leisure dinner and overnight will be at your accommodation. If early arrival you can have a chance to town tour, beach tour or any other activity of your preferences, (additional charges applies).

Day 2 Fly From Dar es Salaam Airport to Nyerere National Park " the world's largest wildlife sanctuaries"
Following the breakfast, you will be taken to the airport for your flight to Nyerere National Park. The park is named after the honor and the founder of the Nation, the Late Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere. The Park has relatively undisturbed ecological and biological processes, including diverse range of wildlife with significant predator and prey relationship. For bird lovers over 440 bird species have been recorded here.
During evening you will go back to your Camp for dinner and an overnight.

Day 3-4 Spend these days at the world's largest wildlife sanctuaries "Nyerere National Park"
This two days will be dedicated for the full time game drive in Nyerere national parks, formally Selous game reserve. There are huge numbers of elephant within the park. Roughly, seventy percent which is 60,000 of the total elephant population live within this reserve. Other popular animals are the hippos around the river systems, decreased numbers of black rhinos, numerous buffaloes, wild dogs and lions. Other animal species which are also common in this park are cheetahs, Nyasa land gnu, leopards, brindled gnu, wildebeest, hartebeest, giraffe, greater kudu, zebras, sable antelope, warthog, eland, water buck, reed buck, and the bush buck. More than 350 types of birds such as the southern ground horn bill, African snipe, geese, eagle, kingfishers, crested lark, herons, green-headed oriole, and knob-billed duck are recorded here. Reptiles like crocodiles, lizards as well as other snakes can also be seen.

Day 5. Fly out from Nyerere National Park to Ruaha National Park
After a well served breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Ruaha National Park one of the few Tanzania’s famous wilderness area which can provide you with a rare experience of game viewing. A rich park with plants and animals such as great Kudu. The name Ruaha is derived from the Great Ruaha River which flows along its southeastern margin and it’s the focus for game viewing. The park offers the great diversity of habitats from highland forests, miombo woodlands, lowland savannah with Acacia mixed woodland.
Evening leisure dinner and overnight will be at your accommodation.

Day 6-7 Ruaha National Park
These two days are dedicated for more game drives in Ruaha park. The place with high diversity of plants and animals including elephant, buffalos, antelopes and some endangered species like wild dogs. Its also the paradise for more than 571 bird species, some of them are known to be migrants from within and outside Africa. Being here you have an opportunity to spot mammals like Kudu, sable and roan antelopes in miombo woodland. The park is also the habitat for lions, leopards, cheetah, giraffes, zebras, eland, impala, bat eared foxes and jackals. Ruaha river serves its water for both wildlife and human being.

Day 8 Fly out from Ruaha National Park to Zanzibar Island
After morning breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip to your flight to Zanzibar Island, the largest of all the islands in the archipelago, Zanzibar Island (Unguja) is 80 kilometers long and 30 kilometers wide. It is covered in coconut plantations, spice farms and lush vegetation.
Being in Zanzibar will give you the opportunity to learn different cultures found inn Zanzibar, enjoying the seafoods and experience the beach life.

Day 9-10 Zanzibar “The Spice Island"
You will enjoy these full days in this island. Zanzibar is a destination full of activities in which you can choose to enjoy your day in Historical stone town places, a place where mixture of Arabs, African, Indian and European cultures lives together. It is through fable stone town where history appears to stand tall. There is also the former slave market, the Anglican cathedral, the house of wonders etc. being in Zanzibar you will get opportunity to experience and discover different spices found in Zanzibar, including tropical fruits, spices and herbs. Learn and enjoy knowing spices like Zanzibar cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, Cardamom, curry, pepper, tamarind, ginger, menthol and many other spices. You will get to know spices for food and those used for medicine. You will also explore the local markets and taste the see seafoods.
Enjoy any other beach activities of your choice like fishing, snookering etc.

Day 11 Zanzibar Island – Departure
Zanzibar has one of the best beaches in the world. In this day you will get an opportunity to relax, swim, sunbathe, go for fishing or enjoy walking on the beach.

Then later you will be transferred to airport for your flight to back home. This will mark the end of your Luxury wildlife and beach life safari with Mazingira.

You may opt to fly back to your country direct from Zanzibar or from Dar es Salaam.
(The option of flying out from Dar es Salaam to your home country will add an extra cost of either boat or Flight from Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam).
